Enroll Your Child in 3 Steps

Step 1 - Complete Enrollment Form

Once enrollment form is complete you may do one of the following:

1.  Email to info@storylandschool.com

2.  Fax to 925-449-4683

3.  Mail to 2486 East Avenue, Livermore CA 94566

We will contact you as soon as we recieve the enrollment form. 

A $75 registration fee is due upon enrollment to secure space for your child.  Please mail to 2486 East Avenue, Livermore CA 94566. 

Note - Step one is all you need to do to secure a spot for your child.  Steps 2 and 3 may be completed at a later date. 

Step 2 - Complete Enrollment Packet

Download and complete Part 1 and Part 2 forms. Part 1 and Part 2 forms will be due during the new student orientation (described on part 3 below) or you are welcome to submit to Storyland School as soon as they are complete. 

Step 3 - Orientation

A staff member will be in touch with you to schedule a 20 minute orientation at least two weeks before your child (ren)'s start date.  Your completed enrollment packet will be due at this time.  During the orientation we will review all required forms and provide you will all the information you will need regarding your child (ren)'s classroom and all school policies and procedures.   Both parents are welcome to attend.   Your child(ren) are also welcome to attend.  They may participate in their new classroom or stay with you during the orientation.
